RETURNS & REFUNDS
In short, everything at a glance:
❥ 14 days' reflection period after receiving your order.
❥ Not completely satisfied with your purchase?
No problem, you can return without giving a reason :
- Log in to your ACCOUNT and request the return of the items you want to return. When your return has been approved, you will receive an email with the return label.
- If you take care of the return yourself: send us an email email@example.com stating your order number, name and the item you want to return.
❥ Want to exchange a product? After receipt, we will ship your new item the same day.
❥ Money back? The amount will be refunded within 14 days of receipt.
Returns are made at your own expense (see conditions below).
This is the only way we can accept your return:
-Return the items to their packaging, unworn and undamaged. We like to receive the items back in the same way you received them. This means with all cards and tags packed in the original packaging.
-We cannot accept returns if we suspect that the items have been worn more than just for a fitting.
- Gift vouchers, sales and discounts through promotions cannot be returned or refunded.
-If you return your entire order, any shipping costs will also be refunded.
- Returns are at your own expense. You must always report your return via your account . You will receive an email with your return label once your return has been approved. The return label will be deducted from your credit at current market prices, which may differ per country (€5.95 for Belgium and the Netherlands).
