Moost Wanted is een bohemian lifestyle brand met een vleugje vrouwelijke rebellie. Het begon allemaal 12 jaar geleden toen de eigenaresse Marinka naar San Fransico reisde. De creatieve sfeer van de stad inspireerde haar om te dromen en begon ze naar haar innerlijke stem te luisteren en werd Moost Wanted geboren...

Shipping & delivery

Orders in Belgium are shipped free of charge from €50. We aim to ship your order within 3 working days. Unfortunately, we have no control over the delivery time, but in Belgium they are usually delivered the next working day. We also ship free to the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany and France from €100.

Returns

Still not satisfied with your product? Or is it broken? We find that very annoying and we want to do something about it!

In short, everything at a glance:

❥ 14 days' reflection period after receiving your order.
❥ Not completely satisfied with your purchase?
No problem, you can return without giving a reason :
  1. Log in to your ACCOUNT and request the return of the items you want to return. When your return has been approved, you will receive an email with the return label.
  2. If you take care of the return yourself: send us an email sales@estilodevida.be stating your order number, name and the item you want to return.

❥ Want to exchange a product? After receipt, we will ship your new item the same day.
❥ Money back? The amount will be refunded within 14 days of receipt.


Returns are made at your own expense (see conditions below).


This is the only way we can accept your return:


-Return the items to their packaging, unworn and undamaged. We like to receive the items back in the same way you received them. This means with all cards and tags packed in the original packaging.

-We cannot accept returns if we suspect that the items have been worn more than just for a fitting.

- Gift vouchers, sales and discounts through promotions cannot be returned or refunded.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
-If you return your entire order, any shipping costs will also be refunded.

- Returns are at your own expense. You must always report your return via your account . You will receive an email with your return label once your return has been approved. The return label will be deducted from your credit at current market prices, which may differ per country (€5.95 for Belgium and the Netherlands). 
If you take care of your return yourself, send an email to sales@estilodevida.be. Mention the item to be returned, your name and order number.
In either case, keep your tracking number! Estilo de Vida is not responsible for losses or damage caused by third parties.
    - Send your package back on time! The period to return your package is within 14 days of receipt, otherwise your return will be cancelled. If you return after the permitted return period, an administrative fee of €10 will be charged and your credit will be converted into a gift voucher.
